What exactly do I pay for?
For actually using the AI voice assistant — your questions and answers (audio), analyzed images and processed text. The longer and more intensive the conversation, the higher the usage.
Do I pay when I'm not using the assistant?
No. You're only charged for actual AI sessions. When the app is open but you're not talking to the assistant, you don't use any balance.
How do I top up?
In the app, via the App Store. When your balance runs out, the app suggests a subscription or package — just confirm the purchase in Apple's system.
What's the difference between subscription and package?
The subscription and the package give the same value for the same price. The only difference is that the subscription renews automatically every week, while the package is a one-time purchase with no commitment.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Anytime in your Apple ID settings on iPhone (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals, but your remaining balance stays — you can use it until it runs out.
